Autonomous flight is reshaping aviation. It also asks an important question. Can we trust the systems that will fly above us?

At Censys Technologies, we believe trust is something you earn. We earn it through strong engineering, a commitment to quality, and an unwavering focus on our customers and their missions.

American Innovation You Can Rely On

Censys Technologies was founded in Daytona Beach, Florida with a simple purpose. Build airborne intelligence systems that help organizations understand their world, respond to change, and make better decisions. Every aircraft we design follows a clear philosophy. Technology should serve people. It should build resilience. It should create a safer and more connected future.

More than 80 percent of the components inside every Sentaero 6 are made by companies here in the United States. The remaining components come only from trusted U.S. allies. Every Sentaero 6 and every EdgeDock is designed, produced and tested by American engineers and technicians. Nothing moves forward until each part is validated to perform when it matters.

We also take an open, transparent approach to our supply chain. Because we control our designs, materials and software, we know exactly where our technology comes from, and we can ensure it meets the highest standards for safety and mission assurance.

Our commitment to American innovation extends beyond our products. We work with universities and technical schools across the country, including Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Kansas State University, Kent State University, Fullerton College, Aims Community College and Warren Community College. Together we are helping train the next generation of UAS pilots, engineers and technicians who will support the future of U.S. aviation.

A Complete System Designed for Real World Missions

Censys Technologies provides a complete system that brings flight, automation, and intelligence together.

At the center is the Sentaero 6, a long-range VTOL fixed wing aircraft built for BVLOS missions. It delivers high resolution RGB and LiDAR data across wide corridors, giving utilities and infrastructure operators the insight they need to prevent failures before they start.

Supporting the aircraft is the EdgeDock. This rugged, weather-ready station enables round-the-clock remote access. It automates launch, recovery, charging and data processing, allowing Sentaero 6 aircraft to operate continuously without onsite personnel.

Data from the field flows into CensWise, our asset intelligence platform. CensWise turns raw mission data into information that operators can act on and connects directly with GIS, OMS and utility management systems.

Together, the Sentaero 6, EdgeDock and CensWise form a unified ecosystem for intelligent, resilient infrastructure operations.

Leading the Way in BVLOS

Flying beyond visual line of sight requires technical skill, regulatory experience and a deep understanding of safety. Censys has earned more than 85 approved Part 107 BVLOS waivers. This track record reflects our strong partnership with the FAA and our readiness for the upcoming Part 108 regulation.

Our systems follow the FAA’s performance-based approach, helping customers stay compliant today while preparing for the next era of autonomous aviation.

A Better Way to Inspect Critical Infrastructure

Traditional inspection methods rely on ground crews, manned vehicles, and helicopters. These approaches are costly, slow, and often risky.

The Sentaero 6 offers a safer and more efficient alternative. It can inspect hundreds of miles of transmission lines or pipelines in a single day. It lands at EdgeDock stations to recharge and process data on site, giving operators nearly immediate insight into asset health. This allows utilities to detect issues early and prevent outages, wildfires, and other safety hazards.

A stronger grid creates a stronger America. Protecting critical infrastructure supports the communities, businesses, and people who rely on it every day.

Trust and Safety at the Center

Safety guides every decision at Censys. From redundant communication and navigation systems to thorough software testing, every Censys product is built to meet or exceed FAA expectations.

“The systems we build gather and translate data into actionable intelligence so that our customers can make better decisions,” said John Lobdell, CTO and Co-Founder. “Each of our aircraft represents our commitment to safety, transparency and American innovation.”

Censys is more than a drone manufacturer. We are a U.S. technology company working to build trusted aerial intelligence. By designing, producing and supporting our systems here in the United States, we are strengthening the foundation for a safer and smarter nation.
